Approx. 250 grams cooked weight.
Delivered cooked, vacuum packed then frozen.

  • COOKING INSTRUCTION:

    1. Defrost thoroughly.
    2. Boil a pot of water. Turn off the heat.
    3. Immerse the whole pack in the pot for 25 minutes.
    4. Remove the pack from hot water, open it up, serve and enjoy!

    or

    1. Defrost thoroughly.
    2. Remove from packaging.
    3. Steam for 15 minutes, covered.
    4. Serve and enjoy.
