When will I receive my order?


We deliver to the entire Metro Manila, twice a week following this schedule: For locations outside Metro Manila, please message us thru Viber 0943 7386888. We have direct deliveries to nearby provinces and can also ship to other locations by land, sea and air.

This schedule may change during or near holidays.




May I pick-up my order?


Sorry, but no. All orders are for delivery following our bi-weekly delivery schedule. If you can't wait for the bi-weekly schedule and need to receive your order right away, please give us a call at 0943 7386888. We'll try to accommodate your request.




Do you accept Cash On Delivery (COD)?


Yes, we offer COD only to those without any online payment access.

We understand that there are customers that haven't activated any online payment account yet.




Do you have a gift card/tag?


Yes, after placing your order, please leave us a special instruction on what to write on the gift card/tag. Thank you in advanced for giving our products!




How much is the delivery fee?


For Metro Manila delivery addresses, please choose the National Capital Region, and our website will automatically add just P100 as your shipping fee. We suggest ordering a few items for eating right away, few items to be kept in the freezer and some fresh produce.
For locations outside Metro Manila, default of our website is P100 also, but please message us thru Viber 0943 7386888 to know the exact delivery fee. We have direct deliveries to nearby provinces and can also ship to other locations by land, sea and air.
