    Stir-fry minced garlic, add iceberg lettuce. Set aside.

    Boil rehydrated mushrooms with some water and the abalone sauce from the can. Place the mushrooms on top of the cooked lettuce.

    Quickly heat the topshell meat in the abalone sauce left in the pan. Arrange on top of the mushrooms.
